GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. You must be 18 or older to purchase a long gun and 21 or older to purchase a handgun per ATF rules, but state and local laws may differ and you will need to check your local laws before purchasing a firearm.

FFL Disclaimer 

All firearms, or regulated firearm accessories are required by law to be shipped to the holder of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). We cannot ship to individuals or businesses without a valid FFL.

It is your responsibility to ensure all paperwork is completed prior to picking up your purchase from your local dealer. It is also your responsibility to contact your FFL dealer. Be aware that your local dealer may charge a transaction fee at the time you pick up your purchase. Rio Precision Gunworks LLC is not associated with any particular dealer nor responsible for a transfer fee they may charge. Check with your local dealer concerning any policy of this kind and what you may owe. By purchasing a firearm from us you acknowledge that you may have to pay your dealer a fee for transferring the gun to you.

The buyer assumes all legality, liability and responsibility for the condition, use, security, and storage of any firearm or firearm related product purchased. It is your responsibility to ensure that the firearm you purchase is legal to own in your state.

The buyer certifies by purchasing a firearm from Rio Precision Gunworks LLC that the buyer is legally qualified to purchase and own the firearm. The buyer thereby also certifies that there are no state or local laws preventing ownership and that the owner will utilize a trigger lock to prevent accidents.

To purchase a firearm a buyer must be at least 18-21 years of age depending on the requirements of the state they reside in. Please check with your Federal Firearms Licensed dealer on age requirements in your state.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from our warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

DELIVERY VERIFICATION

An adult signature is required upon receipt of the package.

CREDIT CARDS

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon completion of your order.

ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Our online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

If an item's description contains an error such as incorrect photo, price, accessory or description and a customer makes the order, we will not process the order without first contacting the customer. If the order is mistakenly shipped, we may advise the customer to return the item in an unopened condition and we will refund the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees that Rio Precision Gunwerks LLC will be the final arbiter of discrepancies in the online catalog.

AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations. *All ammunition sales will comply with local and state laws and will not be shipped to any restricted areas.*
