SUPPRESSOR PURCHASE INFORMATION
Effective October 9, 2026, ATF's updated enforcement policy no longer requires mandatory NFA Form 4 approval or registration for suppressor transfers. All purchases remain subject to Form 4473, applicable background checks, and federal and state laws. Take home same day! Policies are subject to change.
