Shipping Policy
Rio Precision Gunworks, LLC ships in-stock inventory within 3 business days of paid order receipt. Pre-orders are shipped within 3 days of our processing inbound inventory and subsequent to full payment being received by Rio Precision Gunworks

Our primary objective is getting you the correct item(s) in new undamaged condition. To achieve this objective we prepare shipments carefully rather than as fast as possible. We sell the finest products, handle them carefully, and pack and ship them accordingly.

All shipments are shipped insured. Once transferred to the shipping carrier, Carrier policies control the delivery, damage claim, delay and related matters. Purchaser assumes all risks associated with the Carrier and method they choose.
Returns Policy
Rio Precision Gunworks, LLC wants customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Any products sold by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC, except firearms or custom orders, may be returned within 10 days of purchase or shipping by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC subject to the following conditions:
Customer must contact Rio Precision Gunworks LLC and obtain a return authorization prior to shipping; Any item returned without authorization will be subject to a 25% restocking fee; The product must be in the original manufacturer packaging and in new undamaged and unblemished condition; Any worn, damaged or used items will not be issued a refund or credit; Rio Precision Gunworks LLC does not pay shipping on return items unless agreed to by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC; Rio Precision Gunworks LLC after receipt and inspection by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC, will issue the appropriate credit for return, which will not include shipping costs.

Firearms may not be returned. Most firearms sold by Rio Precision Gunworks are custom and configured for the customer. They are of course subject to the manufacturer warranty.
Rio Precision Gunworks LLC sells products it believes are the highest quality available and for their purpose. Manufacturer warranties protect many products we sell. Rio Precision Gunworks LLC makes no warranty regarding these products. Warranty claims should be directed to the appropriate manufacturer.
Pre-Orders/Back-Orders are orders placed with Rio Precision Gunworks, LLC for products normally stocked by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC, before Rio Precision Gunworks, LLC, receives the merchandise. These orders may be cancelled at the customer’s option prior to being shipped by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC. Any deposit paid to Rio Precision Gunworks LLC will be refunded on cancelled Pre-Orders/Backorders. Once they are shipped, normal Returns Policy applies.

Custom Orders for merchandise not normally stocked by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC or for firearms may not be cancelled. After the custom ordered merchandise is received by Rio Precision Gunworks LLC and invoiced to the customer, If the customer fails to pay the remaining balance within 21 days of invoicing the customer forfeits the deposit at the option of Rio Precision Gunworks LLC.
